What is the Scent Space concept?
Scent Space is our unique way of categorizing fragrances based on their projection and intensity. You can choose from 'Personal' for a skin-hugging scent, 'Expressive' for a balanced trail, or 'Bold' for a powerful, room-filling presence.
Can I try the fragrances before committing to a full bottle?
Yes, we highly recommend our Exploration Kits. These allow you to experience our entire collection at home so you can discover which Scent Space and fragrance profile suits you best before purchasing a full-sized bottle.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all full-sized fragrances, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that Exploration Kits and individual samples are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are Commodity fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We are committed to ethical beauty. All of our fragrances are 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens, phthalates, or sulfates.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery's progress.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
