At Commodity Fragrances, we want you to find your perfect scent match, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all full-sized bottles in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that individual samples and discovery kits are final sale to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely pack your fragrance in its original shipping box.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
